3) Personal data we process
Depending on how you use our website and services, we may process:

- Online identifiers and technical data (e.g., device/browser information, pages/events) when you browse our website and you consent to analytics cookies.
Note: Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses, and for EU users it drops any IP addresses it collects before logging.
We do not use social media plugins on our website.
4) Children under 16
Our website and services are not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16 without parental/guardian consent.

7) Retention (how long we keep data)
We keep personal data no longer than necessary for the purposes described above.
Typical retention periods:
- Contact requests / support correspondence: up to [e.g., 12–24 months] after the last interaction (unless a longer period is required to handle disputes or legal obligations).
- Google Analytics 4 data: according to our GA4 settings (typically 2 months or 14 months for user-level retention).
8) Sharing personal data with third parties
We share personal data only when necessary to operate the website and provide services, comply with legal obligations, or protect our rights.
Analytics provider (GA4)
We use Google Analytics 4, provided in the EEA by Google Ireland Limited. Google’s address (EEA contracting entity) is:

- IP addresses: not logged or stored; EU IP addresses are dropped before logging
